Bring A Little Joy Campaign
During the month of November, Carey Church is partnering with local organisations who are working to support those in need in our community. We are so excited to be working with three well wonderful organisations this year to help spread a little more joy and love this Christmas.

Prison Fellowship is a nonprofit organisation dedicated to serving those affected by incarceration and has been at the forefront of prison ministry and rehabilitation efforts. They work tirelessly to bring hope, healing, and support to inmates, their families, and those affected by the criminal justice system.
The Angel Tree campaign is one of Prison Fellowship’s core programs and focuses on the children of incarcerated parents, a group often forgotten during the Christmas season. Through this initiative, individuals and communities have the opportunity to provide these children with gifts, fostering a connection between them and their incarcerated parent/s.
The Angel Tree campaign has a profound impact on the lives of these children. It lets them know that they are not forgotten, that they are loved, and that their parent’s mistakes do not define them. It also encourages positive relationships and reduces the emotional strain of separation.
Join us this Christmas season as we partner with Prison Fellowship in their Angel Tree campaign. Let’s be a beacon of hope for these families and demonstrate the love and grace of the holiday season through our actions. Together, we can make a lasting difference in the lives of these children and their incarcerated parents.
Our hampers are a heartfelt gesture of support for the families we’re privileged to serve through Jump Play Place Armadale. These remarkable families have been carefully identified and warmly welcomed into our community through established services in Armadale that recognize their diverse needs, whether financial, relational, or social.
As we approach the joyous season of Christmas, our aim is to build strong connections with these families through our program. Dedicated volunteers from both Carey Church and Grace Christian Church will be spending valuable time with them during this special time of year.
To make this Christmas truly memorable, we’re looking to create hampers that not only include essential items but also capture the spirit of the season. Think delectable treats and festive delights, alongside everyday essentials like nappies and wet wipes, catering to households with children aged 0 to 8.
If you’d like to contribute, you can donate these items, and our dedicated volunteers will take care of packaging them. With space for up to 20 families, we aim to provide 15 to 20 hampers filled with love and generosity. Your support can make a world of difference for these wonderful families during this special time of year.
