We’re now looking forward to welcoming a new team member – a Discipleship and Adults Pastor – to help lead and nurture this next season of ministry.

About the Role

The Discipleship and Adults Pastor will play a key role in shaping and growing our church community. This role is about further developing our culture of discipleship and spiritual growth and overseeing the care for and ministries of the adults in our church family.

Through building relationships, developing and supporting leaders, and working creatively with others, you’ll help people find meaningful ways to grow in their faith, connect deeply in community, and serve with purpose.

We warmly encourage women who feel called to pastoral leadership and discipleship ministry to apply and explore this opportunity to join our team. This is a full time position, though we are open to discussing part-time of a minimum of 0.8 FTE.
